Guilherme Peirao Leal
With fellow Brazilian billionaire Luiz Seabra (see), Leal helped build Natura Cosméticos into the largest direct-sales cosmetics company in Brazil. Leal, now cochairman, joined Natura in 1979. Spurred by his belief in sustainable development, he helped spearhead a Natura product line that uses renewable ingredients from the Brazilian rainforest. Leal is active on the boards of several nonprofit groups including the World Wildlife Fund in Brazil.
